Return Policy
All postal items are subject to a 14 day return policy.

They must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging they were delivered.
Returns must be posted via a recorded service which covers the value of the goods.
If unsure which service to use please contact the store.
Items will only be refunded once inspected and confirmed they are
in the same condition they were sent out.
Postage is not refunded and the customer must pay for return delivery.

Ring sizing services are available at a cost on certain items, please contact for details on the specific item.
Once a ring is customised such as resizing or rhodium plated, the item will not be refundable.
